LuLu Group opens its 111th Outlet in Qatar

Doha: LuLu Group has opened its 111th outlet and 6th in Qatar, further boosting our retail presence in the country.

The latest hypermarket was inaugurated by royal family member Sheikh Hassan Bin Khaled Al Thani, in the presence of Piroon Laismit, Ambassador of Thailand to Qatar, Tarik Sadovic, Ambassador of Bosnia, Nguyen Hoang, Ambassador of Vietnam, Dr. R. Seetharaman, CEO of Doha Bank, Yusuff Ali M.A., MD of LuLu Group, Saifee T. Rupawala, CEO, Ashraf Ali M.A., M.M. Althaf, LuLu Director of Qatar region.

Prominent businessmen, government and municipality officials and other dignitaries were also present at the occasion. A large number of local and expat crowd also witnessed the opening event.  The new store is ideally located at Barwa City which is surrounded by religious complex, Newton School and Birla Public School. The hypermarket is expected to become the shopping destination of choice for residents in and around of Abu Hamour, Mesaimeer, Wukair, Wakra and Industrial Area.

The 200,000 sq. ft. hypermarket will showcase a fresh food section comprising fruit, vegetables, dairy products, meat, fish and hot and cold ready-to eat food.
