'LuLu & Quality' seminar on World Quality Day 2013

The LuLu Group observed World Quality Day on 14th November 2013 by conducting the ‘LuLu & Quality’ seminar at LuLu Hypermarket, Al Barsha. The aim was to create awareness about the contribution of quality towards individual, organizational, and national growth and prosperity.  The staff from various Dubai stores were present at the seminar. Mr. James K Varghese (RD), Mr. Philip Reid (Retail Ops Manager), Mr. Asoka Kumar (Quality Manager) and other Regional Team Members and GMs of LuLu outlets shared their views on the importance of quality.  

 

Mr. James K Varghese in his speech said that quality could not be compromised in any way in business operations.  During the presentation, the Quality Manager mentioned that the alignment of Sales Operations with Quality/Business Excellence initiatives could play a pivotal role in achieving better results. The seminar concluded with a pledge that each and every employee would adhere to all quality guidelines and contribute towards attaining the best standards of quality.
