LuLu announced the availability of “Hafilat” smart bus cards across LuLu stores in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi including Al Ain and Al Dhafra, which was held in a special function for the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding, as conducted Mohammed Hamad Al Muhairi, Executive Director of the Public Transport Sector Integrated Transport Centre, Government of Abu Dhabi, and Abubaker T.P, at ITC Headquarters, Abu Dhabi.
Speaking on the occasion, Abubaker T.P said: “We are honoured to be in partnership with ITC for this initiative of offering card features with varied choices for the benefit of all residents, especially the special features for senior citizens, students, tourists, and those who have special needs, and the incentives for frequent travellers. We are equally proactive in making these easy-to-use, flexible and smart cards available at all times.”
Mohammed Hamad Al Muhairi commented, “ITC aims to build a smart city that promotes sustainable solutions and automated services for a decent quality of life within a clean and organised environment for both locals and expat residents. We are thankful to LuLu Group for promoting the new card and reaching a broader customer base who can conveniently purchase from their stores that are strategically wide spread across the region.”
