LuLu Hypermarket opens in Al Gharafa

LuLu Hypermarket opened its newest shopping centre in Al Gharafa yesterday, the 74th store established in the Gulf region which is very spacious extending to an area of 270,000 sq. ft.

The latest LuLu Group shopping centre, considered the biggest hypermarket in Al Gharafa, will offer a whole new world of shopping convenience with popular brands of a wide variety of product lines all under one roof.

Already, thousands of people from all walks of life yesterday trooped to the new LuLu Hyermarket to witness the opening and felt the new kind of shopping experience.

The new shopping centre focused on the extensive supermarket section with fresh vegetables, fruits, butchery and delicatessen serving hot and ready-to-eat foods and special counters serving the best of bakes and cakes plus an array of Arabic sweets and delicacies.

To make it more convenient to shoppers, the Hypermarket also features a number of other outlets including Doha Bank, Joy Alukkas, Marry Brown, Watch Corner, Top Note, Al Dar Optics, Asgharali, Hour Choice and more others. It also hosts optical centre, pharmacy, money exchange centre and a host of other brand outlets.

The layout has been strategically designed to enable uncluttered browsing, easy access to product categories and faster shopping with more than 80 check out counters. The large car parking area can accommodate over 900 vehicles.

In keeping up with its effort to provide the best quality products in the most hygiene way, LuLu Hypermarket has invested heavily in special areas such as state of the art storing facilities, latest baking and cooking machines and to top it all, the special section “Foods of the World” has been created which offers specially imported products from all over the world to cater the needs of the multi-cultural nationalities living in Qatar.
