LuLu Hypermarket opens 115th outlet at Al Bandar Complex in Oman

Muscat : LuLu Hypermarket at Al Bandar Complex was officially inaugurated by the honorable Minister of Defense, His Excellency Sayyid Badr Al Busaidi, along with Yusuff Ali M.A., the Managing Director of LuLu Group, in the presence of Saifee T. Rupawala, CEO, and Ananth A.V., Regional Director of Oman region.

Symbolically, the inauguration of the store was marked with the launch of the Ministry of Defense Membership Benefit Card. Other important attendees to the event were key delegates from the Ministry of Defense, prominent businessmen from different sectors and various officials from the LuLu management.

Located in Muscat near Mua'skar Al Murtafa'h and a privileged location near Al Sahwa Tower Roundabout, the complex is designed to cater to the employees of the military and their families as well as the people from the catchment areas of Mawaleh, Al Khod, Rusayl, Mabelah Jifnain & Bid Bid. The project's area is 460 thousand square meters, and the total space used for the complex and various facilities is estimated at about 103 thousand square meters, while the commercial complex area is about 17 thousand square meters, with additional spaces for parking lots and landscaping. The military commercial complex contains a shopping mall, department stores, shops, food courts, and areas for entertainment and children's games.

The location of the outlet was a prudent choice after careful analysis of the area and the outlet is expected to be a one stop destination for the residents.
