LuLu Hypermarket opens 114th store at Al Jubail, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Dammam: LuLu Group has opened a new hypermarket in Jubail, industrial city in the eastern province of Saudi Arabia, further boosting our retail presence in the Kingdom. The new store was officially inaugurated by H.R.H. Prince Saud Bin Abdulla Bin Abdul Aziz, in the presence of H.E. Badr Bin Mohammed Al Otaishan, Governor of Jubail. Several high ranking officials from various government departments, representatives from local business community and prominent citizens also attended the opening ceremony.
 
Yusuff Ali M.A., Managing Director, Saifee T. Rupawala, CEO, Ashraf Ali M.A., Executive Director, Althaf M.M., Director, Shehim Mohammed, Regional Director - Central Province, Muhamed Basheer, Regional Director - Eastern Province, and other senior officials of LuLu Group were also present on the occasion.
 
A large number of local and expat crowd were anxiously waiting for the grand inauguration in the hypermarket premises and to grab attractive inaugural offers. The new hypermarket which is 5th in the Kingdom is conveniently located at King Faisal Street in the Jubail industrial hub of the Eastern Province.
 
The new hypermarket will offer over 240,000 sq. ft. of international standard shopping experience to the residents of Jubail and its adjoining areas and will showcase a fresh food section comprising fruit, vegetables, dairy products, meat, fish, and a huge area dedicated to department store which includes high fashion garments, electronics, IT products and home appliances. The hypermarket also houses Sparkys for family entertainment, international jewellery chains like Malabar Gold, Joy Alukkas, Giordano for fashion wear,  food court consisting of authentic Indian fine dining, Arabic and Filipino cuisine, fast food counters, coffee shops, perfume shops, mobile, watches and cosmetics, gift & accessories apart from ATM and money exchanges.

He also said that the Kingdom will see seven more hypermarkets coming up in the next 22 months in various locations across the country, wherein Dammam will be the next in line for opening.
