LuLu Group takes over Ruwais Mall management

Line Investment & Property, a subsidiary of the LuLu Group International, has taken over the management of Ruwais Mall, Abu Dhabi, UAE. Saeed Saif Al Qamzi, Director of Administration in ADNOC, and Yusuff Ali MA, Managing Director of LuLu Group International, recently signed an agreement in the presence of Saifee T Rupawala, Chief Executive Officer, Ashraf Ali MA, Executive Director of LuLu Group International, and Raja Abdulkader, Director of Line Investments.


With a built-up area of 31,254 square meters, the Ruwais Shopping Mall is considered to be the biggest shopping mall in Gharbia comprising of 32 retail outlets spread over two floors. The mall includes 416 car parking spaces, four restaurants, five cafes and seven fast food outlets, in addition to a number of recreational facilities including ice rinks, bowling tracks, cinema halls and services facilities.


The mall will serve residents of the Ruwais Residential Complex (RRC), operated by Adnoc, and the population in the Ruwais area. In addition to serving the residents of Ruwais, the mall also serves commuters using the freeway that connects the UAE with Saudi Arabia and Qatar, in addition to the nuclear plant in Al Baraka and its surrounding areas.
